I cannot say enough good things about the high quality of service that Tyler and Ruby provide at Vac Attack. When we upgraded our carpets and throw rugs, we learned from the carpet stores that vacuums with a roller blade can cause damage and shorten the life of certain kinds of carpets, i.e., the type we had purchased. Our older Dyson vacuum had a switch to turn off the roller blade, but it broke and we could not find any local shop to repair it. (Dyson provides videos online and sends parts to customers, but these did not help us fix it. My hubby is very handy, but he finally gave up.) So I went online to research highly rated vacuums without roller blades and then went shopping. Miele and Sebo stood out as vacuums that would meet my criteria. Tyler, the owner of Vac Attack was enormously helpful in demonstrating their features and differences. I finally decided upon the Sebo and am delighted with it. It handles easily (an important consideration for me, being in my seventies) and it has a broad power/suction range. Tyler handled the registration for me and clarified that, should service ever be needed, he does it at his store. In the rare situation that a part should need to be sent to Sebo, he'll handle the packing and sending. I was sold on Sebo's solid reputation for quality and on Tyler's commitment to customer service. His prices matched those I found online. It was a no-brainer to buy from him.
